Description

  • Lead administrative and operational tasks supporting clinical program implementation and ongoing operations, including pharmacogenomics, MTM, adherence, opioid safety, and drug utilization review initiatives.
  • Support clinical program business development activities, including client contracting, vendor management, opportunity analyses, and sales support.
  • Validate program identification files, claim files, communication proofs, vendor invoices, and client invoices for accuracy on a recurring basis.
  • Generate data outputs and analyze large data sets to monitor program quality and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage large-scale projects to support business needs.
  • Maintain and update drug lists through periodic reviews and ad hoc changes to support clinical program operations.
  • Provide professional customer service and contribute to customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support general business needs and operations as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of applicable experience in a clinical pharmacy setting, PBM, health plan, or related health care environment.
  • 1+ years of prior experience in business analysis, project management, or related fields.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with minimal direction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Active, unrestricted pharmacy technician license.
  • Preferred: proficiency in querying large data sets, with coding languages considered a plus.
  • Preferred: experience with Confluence, Jira, Tableau, and Salesforce.
  • Preferred: experience with specialty pharmacy, home infusion, and related care coordination services.
  • Preferred: highly detail-oriented and analytical.
