Description

  • Support the IT Transformation Office by contributing to high-visibility initiatives and long-term strategic priorities.
  • Prepare clear, data-driven recommendations and professional written, oral, and visual presentations.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to produce business requirement documents, process maps, and process narratives.
  • Document current-state processes, challenges, gaps, and opportunities to inform improvements and recommendations.
  • Plan and lead workshops to align teams and facilitate gap analysis discussions.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including use cases, process flowcharts, and requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently within a broader program.
  • Create project test plans, coordinate testing activities, and validate that solutions meet business requirements.
  • Develop and implement processes across IT functions.
  • Collaborate across teams and levels to support program delivery and maintain clear partner communication.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and system documentation.
  • Experience with project management.
  • Experience with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to constantly evolving priorities in a fast-growing company.
  • Good interpersonal and team-building skills with the ability to influence change across functional and business boundaries.
  • BS or BA preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: experience with business transformation initiatives.
  • Preferred: familiarity with automation or workflow tools such as Zapier, Keep, or Tines.
  • Preferred: strong data analysis and visualization skills, such as Tableau or Kibana.
  • Preferred: experience collaborating with multi-functional teams like IT, HR, Legal, and Finance.
  • Preferred: experience supporting change adoption or training initiatives.
  • Preferred: awareness of industry trends in IT and corporate functions to provide forward-looking recommendations.
  • Preferred: agile certifications or PMP.

  • Base salary with no variable compensation component.
  • Typical starting salary range of $94,300-$149,200 USD.
  • Alternate starting salary range of $113,300-$179,200 USD in select locations.
  • Eligibility to participate in Elastic's stock program.
