Description

  • Support the Integrated Planning team with campaign research, strategy support, tactical recommendations, partner relationships, and planning documents.
  • Own and update flowcharts, budget trackers, billing reconciliation documents, and media authorization forms across multiple clients and brands.
  • Track campaign budgets accurately and ensure billing is reconciled in a timely manner.
  • Maintain financial and operational documentation with precision to keep campaigns organized, authorized, and aligned to plan.
  • Develop media plans and help oversee their execution across linear, direct, programmatic, social, and search channels.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for financial operations and campaign stewardship.
  • Support project management across accounts by keeping deliverables, timelines, trackers, approvals, and operational processes on track.
  • Use audience and competitive research to inform planning and optimization recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Associates, Managers, and cross-functional subject matter experts to support integrated solutions and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated comfort with budget management, financial tracking, billing reconciliation, and detailed campaign documentation.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and budget tracking/management.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and recommending optimizations based on findings.
  • General understanding of the digital marketplace and knowledge of opportunities across online and offline media.
  • Knowledge of industry tools such as Prisma, Comscore, Kantar, Pathmatics, and Telmar is a plus.
  • Prior healthcare or pharmaceutical client experience is highly useful, but not required.
  • Curiosity about leveraging data for audience planning or familiarity with major data providers and audience targeting solutions.
