Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation point for clients.
  • Coordinate all functional services and external vendors to meet study timelines and budget.
  • Manage study scope, identify out-of-scope activities early, and address them appropriately.
  • Oversee project financial health, including profitability, billable hours, billing, and forecasting.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, risk management, and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure quality management activities, including eTMF inspection readiness and corrective/preventative action plans.
  • Collaborate with functional operations to support program delivery and review study documentation as needed.
  • Establish tracking metrics to monitor trial progress and team performance.
  • Prepare project status updates and report progress, KPIs, and issues to clients and senior management.
  • Lead internal and client meetings, communicate study deviations, and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a science or health-related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 4-7 years of clinical research experience or proven competency for the position.
  • 2-4 years of experience leading a project.
  • Experience managing regional trials of moderate complexity and/or supporting complex global trials.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Project, eTMF, EDC, and CTMS.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective team interaction.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer service-oriented demeanor.
  • Mandarin speaking ability is required to support the East Asia market.
  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP and relevant Precision SOPs.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical and/or device research required.
