Description

  • Provide oversight of large commercial clients across health system, employer, labor/union, and public verticals.
  • Serve as the primary relationship liaison for the assigned book of business and coordinate internal support as needed.
  • Develop relationship strategy plans in partnership with clinical account managers and operations managers.
  • Support member and client satisfaction initiatives and net promoter score goals.
  • Provide trend management recommendations supported by reporting and analysis.
  • Maintain knowledge of contractual obligations, financials, performance guarantees, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
  • Lead the client renewal process, including contract management.
  • Own performance guarantee reporting and maintenance.
  • Lead regulatory and compliance components for assigned accounts.
  • Interpret pharmacy and healthcare trends and meet with clients to recommend proactive plan management improvements.
  • Identify and contribute to process improvement efforts across Capital Rx.
  • Assemble internal resources to resolve client challenges and anticipate new opportunities within accounts.
  • Review and advise on the JUDI product roadmap to help align client expectations with priorities and milestones.
  • Adhere to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct and report noncompliance as required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry and/or pharmacy benefits.
  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in health administration, business, or relevant professional experience.
  • PharmD preferred, but not required.
  • Strong business acumen, clinical knowledge, and expertise.
  • Strong data analysis, presentation, financial reporting, and statistical reporting skills.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and act diplomatically.
  • Progressive staff management experience.
  • Ability to independently identify, research, and resolve issues.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strategic, operational, implementation-oriented, and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related software.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% during peak periods.

Benefits

  • Remote work for non-local candidates or hybrid work for candidates local to the NYC area.
  • Base salary range of $129,600–$204,500 USD for remote U.S. roles.
  • Base salary range of $163,600–$204,500 USD for New York, NY roles.
  • Base salary range of $150,000–$187,500 USD for Denver, CO roles.
