Description

  • Lead a small group of specialists and manage staffing, performance, compensation, retention, replacement, and termination activities.
  • Oversee day-to-day planning and controlling of single or multiple tasks or projects, including budget management.
  • Develop project concepts, create plans, and oversee implementation of business solutions of varying complexity.
  • Adhere to and implement organizational governance requirements across assigned work.
  • Collaborate with business and IT partners to build commitment, teamwork, and alignment.
  • Handle customer escalations and resolve issues within the immediate environment.
  • Coordinate delivery from suppliers involved in sub-projects and review vendor invoices and expenditures.
  • Define critical business needs with the business unit and arrange appropriate resources.
  • Own work request evaluation, authorization, work order submission, and review of supplier cost estimates.
  • Manage project-level planning, monitoring, reporting, deliverables sign-off, closeout, and post-implementation reviews.

Requirements

  • Experience leading specialists or teams performing standard to complex tasks, depending on level.
  • Experience managing planning and controlling for single or multiple projects on a short-term basis.
  • Experience owning project or cost center budgets, including financial management responsibilities.
  • Experience developing project concepts and overseeing business solution implementation.
  • Experience applying or implementing organizational governance.
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships and handling customer escalations.
  • Experience coordinating multiple suppliers and resolving delivery issues for small-scale or sub-project work.
  • Experience with project-level planning, monitoring, reporting, acceptance criteria, and acceptance testing.
  • Experience in large-scale project delivery, including risk, quality, change management, system dependencies, schedule, and financial management (for Position Level II).
  • Experience managing retained staff such as business analysts, subject matter experts, and support services staff (for Position Level II).
