Description

  • Track projects, manage timelines, and organize client deliverables.
  • Take clear, actionable notes during client and internal meetings.
  • Support campaign pacing and retainer tracking.
  • Communicate with clients to share updates and gather feedback.
  • Learn the basics of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, and HubSpot to support strategy and execution.
  • Create and compile performance data reports with guidance from the media team.
  • Identify account growth opportunities and stay current on performance marketing trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure work aligns with client goals.
  • Complete relevant certifications and training to deepen knowledge.
  • Use AI tools and share process improvements to increase speed, clarity, and creativity.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a digital agency or performance marketing setting.
  • Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, including Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a digital marketing career.
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Exposure to tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or ClickUp is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools is preferred.
  • Some hands-on experience with campaign reporting or QA is preferred.
