Description

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery, operation, maintenance, and documentation of new and existing systems.
  • Support implementation activities and troubleshoot user and system issues.
  • Configure, maintain, enhance, and report on SaaS platforms.
  • Partner with channel managers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and align solutions to business needs.
  • Identify risks and issues in functional design and propose alternative solutions.
  • Conduct system studies and analyze existing processes to improve efficiency.
  • Research and develop automation techniques to improve service delivery.
  • Maintain quality control across projects and develop effective system control and management practices.
  • Gather and analyze data and metrics to assess project success and recommend improvements.
  • Evaluate vendor proposals and coordinate vendor technical involvement in system planning, installation, and implementation.
  • Track supplier SLA performance and escalate issues when service levels are not met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Fluent English proficiency required.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience is implied by the role?
  • Intermediate experience with API and webhooks.
  • Intermediate experience with data mapping and ETL.
  • Advanced SQL and data querying skills.
  • Intermediate experience with customer data platforms (CDPs).
  • Advanced experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Intermediate experience with tag management and analytics tools.
  • Entry-level experience with call analytics and routing systems.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders and channel managers is preferred.
  • Experience supporting SaaS platforms, automation, or marketing technology environments is preferred.
