Description

  • Conduct email marketing audits and create prioritized recommendations for client accounts.
  • Develop and execute email marketing strategy across automation, segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign implementation.
  • Set up emails in client platforms and support account migrations and technical integrations.
  • Manage list cleaning, segmentation, deliverability, and other account health tasks.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, with regular documentation and results reflection.
  • Track and troubleshoot deliverability issues including DMARC, DKIM, SPF, and related technical factors.
  • Support analytics tracking and use data to inform future campaign strategy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and coordinate email marketing initiatives.
  • Provide strategic guidance for underperforming accounts and recommend performance improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing.
  • Working knowledge of email and SMS marketing.
  • Experience managing both small and large email volumes and contact lists.
  • Proven track record managing direct client accounts.
  • Experience with e-commerce or D2C brands, either in agency or in-house settings.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, and Mailchimp is strongly preferred.
  • Comfort with email account setup, migrations, and technical integrations.
  • Experience working within processes, playbooks, or established department infrastructure is preferred.
  • Agency background is preferred.
  • Experience with email copywriting is a plus.

Benefits

  • Fully remote role.
  • 20-25 hours per week with potential to increase.
  • Availability between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. EST.
  • Salary of $2,000-$2,200 USD per month.
