Description

  • Support the administration of compensation programs, including salary reviews, bonus plans, and equity programs.
  • Conduct data analysis for compensation benchmarking and market research.
  • Assist with compensation proposals and recommendations.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity in compensation-related data and processes.
  • Assist in developing and monitoring HR budgets related to compensation.
  • Track, analyze, and explain compensation-related expenses, variances, and trends.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports on compensation costs and trends.
  • Contribute to cost-saving initiatives within HR.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, recruiters, and Finance teams on compensation matters.
  • Collaborate with EOR providers and global HR stakeholders to align compensation practices across countries.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Compensation Analyst.
  • At least 2 years of experience.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Solid understanding of compensation principles and practices in international markets across multiple countries.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with financial data is preferred.
  • Experience working in a decentralized HR structure aligned with global headquarters is preferred.
