Description

  • Own the enterprise revenue forecast and develop strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Define, develop, and implement the enterprise sales strategy to identify opportunities and increase market penetration.
  • Lead complex, high-value sales cycles to win new enterprise accounts.
  • Grow and expand relationships with strategic existing enterprise clients across their portfolios.
  • Provide market intelligence on the hospitality technology landscape to inform product development and positioning.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, product, marketing, and customer success teams on strategic initiatives and customer outcomes.
  • Continuously improve the enterprise sales process to increase efficiency, predictability, and scalability.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and strategic reporting to executive management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven SaaS sales experience.
  • At least 2 years of dedicated enterprise SaaS sales experience.
  • A strong track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Strategic thinking with a hunter mentality for identifying and closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in hospitality technology sales is a plus, but not required.
