Description

  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas for the assigned territory.
  • Maintain monthly and quarterly territory plans that identify sales objectives and vulnerabilities.
  • Provide monthly forecasts for the territory.
  • Communicate the value proposition of Calyxo products to new and existing customers.
  • Qualify, train, assess, and develop accounts to adopt Calyxo technology in kidney stone practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and key opinion leaders in the region.
  • Partner with Professional Education to deliver clinical and training support so physicians become clinically independent.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Regional Sales Management, and Finance teams to support customer priorities and sales reporting.
  • Communicate market conditions and recommend improvements to the commercial process.
  • Support resolution of product complaints and safety issues while maintaining compliance with company policies, GMP, FDA regulations, and the Sunshine Act.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of outside sales or sales management experience.
  • Medical device experience preferred.
  • Strong track record of over-delivering revenue versus sales plan.
  • Experience navigating and accelerating hospital and ASC product approval processes.
  • Operating room experience required.
  • Thorough knowledge of urology and urology products is highly desired.
  • Strong relationships with local urologists are highly desired.
  • Successful track record of launching new and disruptive technologies.
  • Experience in complex reimbursement environments.
  • Understanding of the treatment algorithm for kidney stone patients preferred.
  • Compliance with relevant vaccination county, state, and federal rules.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain facility credentials such as RepTrax or Vendormate as required.
  • Frequent travel and residence in or around the Seattle or Boise area are expected.
