Description

  • Design and deliver full-lifecycle enablement programs, including onboarding, product training, skill-building, and ongoing process training.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two enablement professionals as a player-coach.
  • Define repeatable operating playbooks and program cadences for GTM initiatives such as launches, operational changes, and vertical programs.
  • Own release and launch readiness for customer-facing teams, including trainings, documentation, workflows, and deliverables tied to each release tier.
  • Build and manage Sales coaching and Support quality assurance programs, including auto-QA initiatives and tools such as Gong.
  • Create and maintain live and asynchronous training experiences that reflect how the teams work day to day.
  • Develop AI-native enablement experiences that help teams learn and apply skills faster.
  • Define and track impact metrics for enablement programs and connect training outcomes to business results.
  • Partner with GTM managers and senior leaders to identify skill gaps and provide targeted 1:1 training support.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product Marketing, GTM Ops, and Product on enablement execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in GTM enablement, learning and development, or a closely related function.
  • At least 4 years of experience managing a team.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment with a strong understanding of Sales and Customer Success motions.
  • Proven track record building full-lifecycle enablement programs with measurable, data-driven outcomes.
  • Strong command of enablement technology such as Gong, Seismic, Lessonly, LMS platforms, and QA tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to and influencing senior leadership.
  • A builder’s mindset with the ability to prototype, iterate, and define the path forward independently.
  • Preferred: experience enabling 24/7 support teams and designing QA programs with auto-QA tooling.
  • Preferred: hands-on experience building AI-native or AI-assisted training experiences.
  • Preferred: experience setting annual enablement strategy and turning it into an operating plan across teams and stakeholders.

  • Base salary range of $173,862 to $245,452 USD, depending on location tier.
