Description

  • Design and own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new customers from platform orientation through sustained adoption.
  • Develop role-based curricula for customer, partner, and internal user personas across clinical, operational, analytical, and executive audiences.
  • Partner with Implementation, Customer Success, Product, Growth, and clinical leadership to align training with go-live timelines, product releases, and customer health.
  • Build and manage Arcadia’s certification programs, including the Arcadia Certified Professional pathway.
  • Lead development and administration of asynchronous learning assets, including videos, walkthroughs, knowledge base articles, and learning paths.
  • Own the Learning Management System strategy, content architecture, learner experience, reporting, and engagement optimization.
  • Serve as the training lead in the product release cycle, including roadmap reviews, readiness processes, and end-user V&V testing.
  • Create internal enablement and onboarding programs for customer-facing and operations teams to improve time-to-productivity.
  • Hire, develop, and manage a small team of instructional designers and training specialists.
  • Define, track, and report on KPIs tied to engagement, completion, certification attainment, adoption, and retention.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in training, customer education, or enablement roles.
  • At least 5 years of experience in enterprise health IT or SaaS healthcare platforms.
  • Proven experience with both internal team enablement and external customer training programs.
  • Direct experience with clinical or analytics software in the payer or provider space, such as EHR platforms, population health tools, care management systems, or analytics platforms.
  • Working knowledge of value-based care models, CMS quality programs, MSSP/ACO structures, and related clinical and financial workflows.
  • Demonstrated instructional design experience using tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, or equivalent.
  • Experience administering LMS platforms at scale.
  • Familiarity with Limited Availability-to-General Availability release readiness processes and end-user Verification & Validation testing.
  • Track record of building programs with strong governance, KPIs, process documentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clinical, analytical, operational, and executive audiences.
  • Preferred: background in clinical informatics, health services, or direct clinical practice.
  • Preferred: experience running large-scale customer training events or user group conferences.
  • Preferred: familiarity with SCORM/xAPI standards and enterprise LMS administration.
  • Preferred: experience at a high-growth health IT company managing rapid product expansion.
  • Preferred: experience using AI tools to improve content development or learning workflows.
