Description

  • Craft and execute a regional sales plan to generate pipeline and close opportunities.
  • Prospect new business and develop relationships with potential customers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualification through deal close.
  • Work closely with the presales team to advance opportunities.
  • Engage key decision-makers, including technical and business executives, around the value of the solution.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, product launches, and promotional programs.
  • Gather intelligence on markets, prospects, and competitors to inform sales strategy.
  • Meet or exceed quota expectations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience selling complex B2B software products.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience prospecting with tools such as Outreach, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
  • Demonstrated success using a consultative approach with business and technical executives, especially technical CXOs and VPs.
  • Consistent multi-year quota achievement and a history of overperformance.
  • Accountable team player with a tenacious drive to win.
  • A college or university degree; technical disciplines or backgrounds are preferred.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC to drive business outcomes with customers and prospects.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
