Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across APAC, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
  • Partner with hiring managers in Life Sciences and Data Center teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source niche talent for biotech manufacturing and data center commissioning roles.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of passive candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and market mapping.
  • Develop regional talent market intelligence on availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
  • Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and generate recruiting reports.
  • Support employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives across APAC.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical or engineering hiring.
  • Proven recruiting experience in Life Sciences / Biotech Manufacturing or Data Center / Mission Critical Infrastructure.
  • Experience supporting hiring across APAC regions such as Singapore, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and India.
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying hard-to-find talent.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with the Lever ATS and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Preferred experience recruiting for commissioning or validation roles.
  • Preferred understanding of GMP environments and/or mission-critical facility operations.
  • Preferred experience working in a global or matrixed organization.
  • Preferred ability to work flexible hours to support multiple time zones.

  • Average base salary range of ₹13,16,200 to ₹15,98,250 per year.
