Description

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook groups, WhatsApp communities, Telegram groups, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for high-volume hiring initiatives.
  • Conduct recruiter screenings in Hindi and/or English.
  • Clearly communicate project expectations, onboarding steps, and the freelance compensation structure to candidates.
  • Maintain consistent candidate communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
  • Submit interview notes and candidate updates accurately in Workable.
  • Coordinate candidate documentation, onboarding details, and compliance requirements with HR.
  • Track sourcing activity, candidate progress, and daily operational updates.
  • Manage pipeline visibility and recruitment reporting.
  • Move candidates efficiently through activation, onboarding, and compliance workflows.

Requirements

  • Based in India.
  • Hindi fluency is strongly preferred, with Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable with high-volume sourcing, outreach, and fast-paced environments.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, spreadsheets, ATS platforms, and sourcing channels preferred.
  • Previous sourcing, staffing, BPO, recruiting, or community management experience is a plus.
  • Experience sourcing for entry-level, freelance, BPO, annotation, operations, or gig-style roles is preferred.
  • Comfortable attending mandatory virtual meetings on Pacific Standard Time: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 7:00 AM–8:00 AM PST and Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30 AM–8:30 AM PST.
  • Must have a reliable laptop or computer and stable Wi-Fi/internet access.
