Description

  • Source 30–50 qualified candidates per week across LinkedIn, Wellfound, Indeed, and niche Slack/Discord communities.
  • Send personalized outreach to prospective candidates.
  • Pre-screen interested candidates through 15-minute intro calls.
  • Hand off warm candidates to the internal recruiter with a written summary.
  • Maintain a clean tracking sheet of every candidate contacted or reviewed.
  • Build and maintain a proactive pipeline so hiring is not reactive.
  • Support sourcing across marketing, sales, creative, and operations roles.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of sourcing experience, ideally for marketing, creative, or remote-first roles.
  • Portfolio of personalized outreach that generates responses.
  • Availability for 3–4 hours per day on weekdays.
  • Strong organization and the ability to work with minimal oversight.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, and similar sourcing channels.
  • 1099 contractor status.
  • US-based preferred for a remote role.
