Description

  • Set up client email systems for full usage and campaign execution.
  • Upload, segment, and periodically clean email lists.
  • Build email flows using templates and custom HTML when needed.
  • Create newsletters, autoresponders, and other automated email communications.
  • Perform QA on email proofs, including copy, subject lines, terms and conditions, tracking links, and device/client compatibility.
  • Run email split tests as needed.
  • Manage third-party integrations and custom code implementations.
  • Analyze and interpret email client reports.
  • Coordinate with the internal Email Marketing team to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Troubleshoot HTML issues and create full HTML with inline CSS when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in email development.
  • Experience specifically in email development is required.
  • Proficiency in email HTML and inline CSS.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Perfect written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Braze.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Previous agency experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to keep up with the latest email technology trends.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Quick learner who can adapt to processes, products, and brand values.
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and willingness to broaden skill sets.
  • Stable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps.
  • Back-up internet connection.
  • At least 16 GB RAM.
  • Core i5 or higher processor.
  • Perfectly working webcam, microphone, and audio.
  • Organized workstation.
