Description

  • Reach out to pediatric clinics and initiate high-quality conversations with practice managers, office managers, operations leaders, and pediatric decision makers.
  • Generate qualified meetings for leadership with decision makers who match the company’s ideal customer profile.
  • Communicate clearly and calmly during live conversations while simplifying complex ideas for healthcare professionals.
  • Adapt conversationally under pressure and create trust without sounding aggressive or salesy.
  • Qualify opportunities by ensuring the right decision maker attends and a legitimate operational discussion occurs.
  • Represent the company in outbound healthcare outreach and US-facing sales conversations.
  • Work closely with leadership as the role evolves into long-term partnership and revenue responsibilities.
  • Contribute to sourced revenue through meeting generation and relationship-building over time.

Requirements

  • Strong spoken English and strong written English are required.
  • High emotional intelligence, calm confidence, and strong listening ability are expected.
  • Ability to think clearly and adapt naturally in real live conversations is required.
  • Professional communication instincts and the ability to create curiosity without sounding salesy are required.
  • Comfort speaking with healthcare professionals and pediatric decision makers is required.
  • Experience in outbound appointment setting, healthcare outreach, healthcare BPO, insurance communication, medical scheduling, or US-facing sales communication is preferred.
  • Pediatric or healthcare experience is strongly preferred but not required.
  • Must be open to coaching, feedback, and a founding-stage growth environment.
  • Candidates should not rely on rigid scripts or aggressive, transactional sales styles.
