Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact between Buyers Edge Platform and channel partners.
  • Develop, service, and grow strategic partner relationships.
  • Represent the company professionally to partners and stakeholders.
  • Communicate product and service offerings clearly to channel partners.
  • Build and automate repeatable processes that support scalable and profitable partnerships.
  • Measure, monitor, and report on channel partner performance and program results.
  • Provide monthly reporting on activity, pipeline, and key opportunities.
  • Host regular partner calls to review results, share best practices, and align on initiatives.
  • Identify new opportunities and expand existing partner engagements.
  • Create and execute plans to grow market share through channel activities.
  • Collaborate with vice presidents on market-specific challenges, activities, and opportunities.
  • Maintain enablement materials and sales presentation documentation.
  • Use Salesforce for tracking, reporting, and communication.
  • Proactively anticipate partner needs and resolve issues with action-oriented solutions.
  • Pursue upselling and value expansion opportunities within the partner ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of account management or sales management experience, including remote or inside sales.
  • Experience managing to KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn and apply new tools and technologies.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Restaurant or foodservice industry experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, be coached, and continuously improve.
  • Hands-on mentality with a bias for action and accountability.
