Description

  • Drive new sales for restaurant software solutions through a consultative sales approach.
  • Develop leads through outbound sales activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and customized presentations for prospective clients.
  • Guide prospects through the full sales cycle to close business.
  • Communicate how the software addresses operational efficiency, profitability, accounting, payroll, and related pain points.
  • Stay current on restaurant industry trends, challenges, events, and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and metric updates in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with product development and customer support teams by relaying customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of sales closing experience in B2B software sales, preferably in the restaurant industry or related fields.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, payroll, and accounting is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Experience with the RFP process is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to travel at least 25% depending on location.
  • Must not require work sponsorship.
