Description

  • Embed with strategic enterprise customers to implement Figma products within their codebases, design systems, developer environments, and workflows.
  • Make enterprise design systems agent-ready by improving tokens, naming, guidelines, Code Connect integrations, and evaluations.
  • Configure and develop code, agent skills, integrations, and guidelines for products including Make Local and Code Layers.
  • Conduct technical discovery, assess customer environments and constraints, and define credible paths to short- and long-term value.
  • Debug complex integration issues involving Git workflows, CI, developer environments, and non-standard technology stacks.
  • Build customer-specific LLM workflows using MCP, agent skills, and prompt engineering.
  • Convert one-off customer solutions into reusable playbooks, self-service capabilities, and product improvements.
  • Share field feedback with Product and Engineering teams and collaborate cross-functionally to influence and build future solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience shipping production software end-to-end, including direct work with customers or partner teams.
  • Strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to navigate unfamiliar codebases, languages, and technical environments.
  • Experience with design systems and design-to-code workflows, including tokens and component libraries, or the ability to ramp quickly.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python, including API and SDK integrations.
  • Experience troubleshooting toolchains and CI environments and addressing enterprise requirements such as SSO, security reviews, access controls, data residency, and compliance.
  • Excellent customer-facing communication and technical partnership skills with senior engineering stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and take end-to-end ownership.
  • Product mindset with experience turning customer engagement patterns into actionable product feedback.
  • Experience in forward-deployed engineering, solutions engineering, professional services, developer experience, or a similar role preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM products and tools such as Code Connect, Storybook, Style Dictionary, or comparable technologies preferred.
