Description

  • Build and configure Digital Twins for customers through live deployment projects.
  • Process and validate data from HVAC, BMS, electrical, and mechanical building systems.
  • Review 3D building models and analyze large datasets to identify issues and ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to establish and support system integrations.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate data processing, documentation, and problem-solving.
  • Report progress, issues, risks, and blockers to the Team Leader daily.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve product capabilities and roadmap.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and support high-quality deployment outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in MEP/building services engineering, building automation, or project/program coordination, ideally in a SaaS or technology-enabled services business.
  • Background in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing engineering, particularly building control and monitoring.
  • Understanding of HVAC controls, BMS, lighting controls, energy metering, IT/OT/IoT networks, and access control or security technologies.
  • Experience with 3D modeling or BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, or Archicad (preferred).
  • Ability to use or learn AI tools such as Claude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong data analysis skills using Excel, SQL, or similar tools across large, disparate datasets.
  • Self-starter with experience coordinating complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Positive, flexible, energetic, and highly motivated approach.
