Description

  • Analyze feature usage, adoption, and activation data to understand how users engage with Sezzle's product ecosystem.
  • Identify engagement patterns across user cohorts and surface where drop-off occurs and why.
  • Pull insights from dashboards and reports to support growth strategy updates.
  • Translate raw data into clear summaries that Product and Marketing teams can act on.
  • Design and analyze in-app and external surveys to understand user motivations, friction points, and awareness gaps.
  • Synthesize qualitative feedback from NPS, in-app tools, and user interviews into recurring themes and opportunities.
  • Help manage the Customer Advisory Board and gather feedback from 18–25-year-old shoppers.
  • Monitor live marketing and product tests, track what is running, and note when results are ready.
  • Summarize test results with a focus on engagement, feature behavior, and repeat usage.
  • Maintain documentation and insight references across Product Marketing, MarComms, and Product teams.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Product, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and turning loose direction into clear next steps.
  • Ability to analyze basic datasets and identify patterns or themes.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Previous internship or coursework related to marketing, product, research, or operations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with lifecycle marketing concepts, experimentation, or user journeys is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, especially Claude, is a plus.
  • Interest in fintech, consumer apps, or e-commerce is preferred.
  • Being 18–25 years old and bringing a Gen Z consumer perspective is a plus.
