Description

  • Establish the EU North operating entity from inception, including core team recruitment, legal setup, infrastructure, and governance in coordination with International HQ.
  • Lead launch planning and execution for infigratinib, encaleret, and future pipeline assets across the Nordic markets.
  • Lead market access engagement, evidence strategy, and organizational readiness in the United Kingdom and Ireland, including decisions on transition to active launch.
  • Own the cluster P&L end-to-end, including forecasting, investment prioritization, risk management, and performance delivery.
  • Develop and execute pricing and reimbursement strategies for national authorities across the cluster, including early scientific advice, evidence planning, managed-entry agreements, and risk-sharing frameworks.
  • Build and sustain senior relationships with cardiologists, endocrinologists, skeletal dysplasia specialists, and key clinical opinion leaders across the region.
  • Establish BridgeBio as a trusted partner to rare disease patient advocacy organizations across ATTR amyloidosis, achondroplasia, hypoparathyroidism, and ADH1 communities.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Commercial Operations to deliver integrated launch and pre-launch plans.
  • Represent BridgeBio externally with national industry associations, compliance frameworks, and EU and national policy forums.
  • Monitor macroeconomic, political, regulatory, and competitive trends in the region and translate them into business actions.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years in senior commercial leadership roles with P&L responsibility.
  • At least one direct launch cycle within the EU North cluster, including the Nordics and/or the UK.
  • Commercial launch experience in rare disease, orphan drugs, or specialty medicines.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex HTA and reimbursement environments.
  • Deep working knowledge of market access across multiple cluster countries, including TLV, Nye Metoder, Medicinrådet, Fimea, NICE, SMC, and NCPE.
  • Experience with managed-access and risk-sharing agreements.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and sustaining senior KOL and patient advocacy relationships in rare disease or specialty settings.
  • Experience building and leading high-performance teams in a startup, early-affiliate, or greenfield environment.
  • Experience operating across functions and geographies within a matrixed international organization.
  • Prior launch or commercialization experience in cardiology, endocrinology, or skeletal dysplasia indications.
  • Ability to manage a launch market and a pre-launch market concurrently with sound investment judgment.
  • Background combining large-company launch experience with the ability to operate in a lean, entrepreneurial setting.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Fluency in one or more additional cluster languages is an asset but not required.
  • Role is based in Sweden and requires up to 50% travel.
