Description

  • Own the full enterprise go-to-market motion for LATAM, from prospecting through close.
  • Build and manage the enterprise pipeline in LATAM from zero.
  • Drive outbound prospecting through consistent territory planning and creative outreach.
  • Run complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and position Brevo against competing platforms.
  • Advance opportunities using mutual action plans, multi-threaded stakeholder engagement, and clear business value messaging.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage legal and procurement processes through deal closure.
  • Attend local market events to grow brand presence and gather market intelligence for the LATAM commercial strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Sales Director and internal teams to support market launch and execution.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, multi-threaded deals and building pipeline from scratch.
  • Background in MarTech, CRM, or email/CDP platforms strongly preferred.
  • Existing network of contacts at enterprise companies that can be activated immediately.
  • Native Spanish speaker with professional-level English required.
  • Portuguese language skills are a strong plus.
  • Based anywhere in Latin America.
  • Ability to sell to senior decision-makers across Marketing, IT, and Procurement.
  • Self-directed prospecting discipline, including territory planning and consistent outbound activity.
  • Coachable, intellectually curious, resilient, and motivated by building new markets.
