Description

  • Manage relationships with current customers through regular strategic conversations to identify expansion opportunities and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute a new business and prospecting plan for the assigned territory.
  • Research the industry, identify market trends and best practices, and use referrals to find prospective customers.
  • Create customized outreach strategies to engage prospects and generate new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while accurately forecasting deal values and timelines.
  • Lead high-level prospect conversations to qualify needs and align the value of Civitech’s solution.
  • Attend virtual and in-person events within the progressive ecosystem to support business development.
  • Collaborate with the extended sales team on opportunities and act as a consultant in the sales process.
  • Log sales activities and client interactions in HubSpot with strong data hygiene.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of consultative sales experience with success as an individual contributor meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Proven ability to prospect, find, and close opportunities through self-generated outreach, including Sales Navigator, email, in-person networking, and virtual networking.
  • Experience managing 45 or more active opportunities at one time.
  • Experience executing a sales process using a solution sales methodology.
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Experience selling in a committee-driven environment with multiple cross-functional decision makers.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Desired: Experience with HubSpot.
  • Desired: Experience working with state parties, PACs, or national party committees.
