Description

  • Develop pipeline and close strategic enterprise deals across the Benelux markets.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and build executive relationships.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to tailor solutions for customers.
  • Develop and execute territory plans focused on long-term growth and relationship-building.
  • Own pipeline management and forecasting in the CRM.
  • Consistently hit or exceed quota for enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Act as a voice of the customer by sharing market and customer insights with internal teams.
  • Help shape product and go-to-market strategy through customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Based in the Benelux region.
  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS enterprise sales experience, or 8+ years of SaaS sales experience.
  • Strong track record of hitting targets and closing complex, multi-threaded deals.
  • Experience selling to senior decision-makers in functions such as Marketing, IT, and Procurement.
  • Deep knowledge of the Benelux business landscape.
  • An existing network in the Benelux region is a strong plus.
  • Ability to build a sustainable, long-term pipeline of prospective business.
  • Fluency in modern sales tools, including sales-oriented AI best practices.
  • Structured, resilient, and motivated by ownership and impact.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
