Description

  • Lead design projects from brief through completion across print, digital, social, online, and product-related assets.
  • Take ownership of concept development and creative execution while maintaining alignment with brand and marketing strategy.
  • Act as a brand guardian on key accounts and ensure consistency across all deliverables.
  • Present work internally and directly to clients, and incorporate client feedback into revisions.
  • Work closely with account managers, project managers, creative directors, and the wider creative team to deliver on-brief work.
  • Develop a deep understanding of brand guidelines, templates, and approved styles.
  • Create a range of collateral, including brochures, infographics, social posts, storyboards, emailers, banners, templates, and presentation designs.
  • Source on-brand imagery and footage to expand the brand’s existing asset bank.
  • Maintain high standards through self-initiated quality checks, file setup, file keeping, and accurate time tracking.
  • Help train, guide, and inspire the wider creative team through effective workflows and leadership.

Requirements

  • Experience leading design projects from concept to completion across multiple formats.
  • Strong understanding of typography, graphic design best practices, and branding.
  • Ability to produce fast, accurate design work while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Highly organized and able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Comfort presenting work and taking feedback directly from clients.
  • Experience creating and updating artwork when specialist production support is not required.
  • Ability to manage workloads, assess timing feasibility, and negotiate reasonable revisions when needed.
  • Experience working with brand guidelines, brand templates, and existing style systems.
  • Comfort collaborating with internal and external Creative Directors, Project Managers, Account Managers, and other designers.
  • Remote working until further notice.
