Description

  • Own day-to-day project management and escalations for an assigned book of business.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for customer relationships across business and technical needs.
  • Manage the overall project charter and coordinate work across Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Success, Risk, and Support.
  • Maintain organized, comprehensive internal and external documentation.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and executive management.
  • Participate in client-facing meetings and influence outcomes where needed.
  • Negotiate customer requests while balancing system capabilities, business impact, resources, and timelines.
  • Work with technical stakeholders to solution, document, test, and deploy integration workflows and configurations.
  • Partner with Account Management to improve customer health, identify growth opportunities, and support Executive Business Reviews.
  • Develop and implement new processes, best practices, and supporting resources to improve repeatability and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in enterprise project management leading complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Experience designing, testing, and deploying integrated solutions.
  • Technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, and deployment best practices.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly detailed documentation and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and anticipate issues and risks.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing new processes, best practices, and supporting resources.
  • Ability to solve complex technical and operational problems.
  • Financial, FinTech, or HR industry experience preferred.
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or consulting preferred.
  • Familiarity with various project management tools preferred.
  • Understanding of data analysis and reporting tools preferred.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship or transfer.
  • Remote position limited to candidates located within the United States.
