Description

  • Own the HubSpot marketing automation layer, including nurture workflows, behavioral triggers, lifecycle stage transitions, and form and landing page infrastructure.
  • Build and maintain segmented nurture tracks by persona and vertical to support personalized outreach at scale.
  • Ensure marketing campaigns are properly tracked, attributed, and connected to pipeline impact.
  • Build and maintain AI agent workflows for content operations, including first-draft generation and content repurposing.
  • Develop and automate SEO/AEO keyword intelligence workflows, including ranking monitoring, competitor gap analysis, and content brief generation.
  • Explore and implement AI-assisted copy generation for nurture sequences and ABM efforts.
  • Own marketing attribution and standardize the attribution model across campaigns.
  • Build automated weekly performance reporting across HubSpot, Google Analytics, and ad platforms.
  • Flag campaign anomalies in real time, including spend spikes and conversion drops.
  • Manage lead enrichment, routing, and lifecycle stage logic for all Marketing-sourced contacts in HubSpot.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or revenue operations at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot marketing automation, including workflows, behavioral triggers, lifecycle stage logic, and basic reporting.
  • Experience building or maintaining email nurture programs with measurable engagement outcomes such as open rates, click rates, and MQL conversion.
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution concepts and the ability to implement and maintain a consistent attribution model in HubSpot.
  • Experience building with AI-assisted workflows or automation tools leveraging LLMs in a marketing or operations context.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently on technical builds from a marketing stakeholder requirement.
  • Strong written communication skills for summarizing analytical findings for a non-technical audience.
  • Ability to work remotely within the United States.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship or transfer.
