Description

  • Administer standard and custom objects, page layouts, record types, and data model changes.
  • Build and maintain Flow-based automation and approval processes, including retiring legacy Workflow Rules and Process Builder automation.
  • Configure Sales Cloud processes, including Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, products, price books, quotes, forecasting, territories, lead routing, and data-quality rules.
  • Configure Service Cloud capabilities, including cases, Service Console layouts, Omni-Channel routing, Knowledge, entitlements, SLAs, and escalations.
  • Partner with Salesforce engineers, architects, product managers, and delivery leads to translate business needs into prioritized backlog items.
  • Estimate effort for enhancements and change requests, troubleshoot production issues, and implement fixes or workarounds.
  • Support Salesforce Lightning Outlook integration and Agentforce proof-of-concept configuration and testing.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies during Pacific Time business hours, support releases and stakeholder demos, and provide occasional critical-issue coverage after hours or on weekends.
  • Promote information-security practices and ensure data handling complies with privacy and protection standards, including GDPR and CCPA.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including 1+ year supporting Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud in production.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects, fields, record types, relationships, page layouts, security, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, OWD, and sharing rules.
  • Experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flow automation and approval processes.
  • Hands-on Sales Cloud configuration experience with opportunities, leads, products, price books, quotes, and forecasting.
  • Hands-on Service Cloud configuration experience with case management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, and entitlement/SLA setup.
  • Experience working in Scrum or Kanban environments, including backlog grooming and story estimation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot production issues under time pressure and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Availability during Pacific Time core hours, with occasional after-hours or weekend support.
  • Platform Administrator II certification, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification, Outlook integration, Agentforce/Einstein exposure, large-scale regulated-industry experience, and Salesforce DevOps tooling familiarity are preferred.
