Description

  • Drive ownership of a personal portfolio of work within the PMO.
  • Collaborate with PMO team members, including employees and contractors, to support a high-performing PMO.
  • Lead cultural change by modeling transparency, integrity, experimentation, and client value focus.
  • Contribute to and maintain a digital project inventory and roadmap across all digital experiences.
  • Oversee project scoping, cost sizing, benefit analysis, and budget planning.
  • Co-own the Front Door Process to prioritize incoming work requests based on strategy, cost-benefit, and capacity.
  • Define, document, and promote project planning, execution, and reporting standards.
  • Lead strategic digital initiative launches end-to-end, including GTM release planning, IT slotting, and readiness assessments.
  • Optimize, automate, and govern use of portfolio management tools such as JIRA and Clarity.
  • Work with IT leadership to identify resource constraints and keep critical projects supported throughout the lifecycle.
  • Define and implement portfolio-level reporting to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Develop and apply measurable criteria to validate process improvements and post-implementation success.
  • Manage integration efforts in a matrixed environment and build strong relationships across business and technical teams.
  • Identify delivery pipeline blockages and work with teams to test improvements and increase flow.
  • Promote awareness of information security practices and data protection standards, and identify and report security risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience operating in a program management or PMO environment.
  • Experience managing digital project and portfolio planning across multiple initiatives.
  • Experience with project and portfolio management tools such as JIRA and Clarity.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage work amid high levels of ambiguity.
  • Knowledge of information security practices, including acceptable use, malware protection, and password security.
  • Understanding of data privacy and protection standards such as GDPR and CCPA.
  • Willingness to support or sponsor eligible candidates for employment visas.
