Description

  • Serve as an executive partner and advisor to C-suite leaders, boards, and economic buyers across major enterprise accounts.
  • Drive strategic client solutioning by defining vision, aligning business requirements, and shaping technical approaches for client problems.
  • Lead executive-level governance for strategic accounts in alignment with the Client Engagement SDLC framework (Lightwave).
  • Oversee full program execution across multiple client and 3Pillar teams to own the ultimate outcome.
  • Bridge high-level strategy and day-to-day delivery by providing hands-on leadership where needed.
  • Align delivery objectives with client priorities and keep key stakeholders informed and coordinated.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Client Services to identify, develop, and capture growth opportunities.
  • Guide cross-functional teams across the 3Pillar ecosystem to ensure exceptional client outcomes.
  • Anticipate future client needs and prepare teams to support upcoming business direction.
  • Use data and strategic insight to drive continuous enhancement and better delivery outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading strategic, multi-million-dollar product development initiatives across diverse industries.
  • Proven experience delivering fixed outcome-based projects.
  • 7+ years of experience managing high-value, high-risk enterprise accounts.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing and managing expectations at the executive level, internally and externally.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams across Sales, Client Services, and Delivery.
  • Experience leading full product lifecycle development with strategic alignment and market differentiation.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise account dynamics and how to translate them into delivery strategies.
  • Experience leading diverse global teams across cultures and geographies.
  • Proficiency in using quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Must be based in the US or Canada and be proximate to clients.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, including occasional international travel.
