Description

  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams on projects while managing a team of Project Managers.
  • Oversee projects to keep them on track, on budget, within scope, and aligned with internal processes.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, issues, risks, dependencies, and deliverable outcomes.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, grooming, and planning.
  • Monitor and report on scope changes, budget burn, and timeline risks proactively.
  • Facilitate communication among project teams, client stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Serve as the key client contact and ensure expectations are met and results are delivered.
  • Use project management systems to make data-driven decisions and provide reporting.
  • Partner with clients and product owners to ensure business goals are reflected in working solutions.
  • Manage direct reports through oversight, performance management, goal setting, conflict resolution, and career pathing.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of progressively responsible project management experience, including at least 2 years of Agile experience.
  • 8+ years of experience working as a consultant or agency project manager.
  • Experience with Scrum, Agile, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience managing multiple teams simultaneously, typically 4 to 8 people each.
  • Experience managing distributed or remote team members.
  • Experience delivering large digital projects valued at $1MM+ and lasting 9+ months.
  • Experience with Confluence and JIRA or equivalent software development tools.
  • Experience with CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager or Drupal, eCommerce platforms such as Magento or Shopify, and Google Analytics is a plus.
  • CSM and PMP certifications are a plus.
