Description

  • Build trusted partnerships with department leaders and translate leadership priorities into actionable change plans.
  • Orchestrate initiatives from planning through implementation, adoption, and long-term reinforcement.
  • Create project plans, timelines, and milestones while monitoring progress and holding teams accountable.
  • Improve staffing, scoping, creative processes, and workflow efficiency across the agency.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and design practical solutions with affected teams.
  • Lead the documentation, communication, and adoption of new processes, AI tools, and technologies.
  • Represent leadership in meetings, communicate decisions clearly, and escalate risks with recommendations.
  • Establish feedback loops, measure initiative impact, and adjust plans based on team input and operational data.
  • Support teams through resistance or change fatigue and equip department leads to sustain improvements independently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in operations, change management, program or project management, or organizational effectiveness within an agency, consulting, or professional services environment.
  • 3+ years leading cross-functional change initiatives or operational programs.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders across Account, Strategy, Creative, or Project Management functions.
  • Demonstrated success implementing and sustaining measurable changes in how teams work.
  • Strong understanding of agency operating models, staffing, scoping, creative workflows, and project delivery.
  • Proficiency with Workfront, Smartsheet, or equivalent project and program management tools.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, prioritization, judgment, and accountability skills.
  • Comfort evaluating AI tools and agents to improve team efficiency.
  • Change management methodology knowledge, healthcare or life sciences agency experience, formal Prosci or ADKAR certification, process improvement experience, or large-scale operational rollout experience preferred.
