Description

  • Serve as the day-to-day platform consultant for clients on Customer Data Platform capabilities, use cases, and activation strategies.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business objectives, marketing strategy, and customer data environment.
  • Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and requirements gathering to identify CDP-driven marketing opportunities.
  • Translate business and marketing needs into business and technical requirements for identity resolution, data governance, data modeling, data ingestion, segmentation, channel activation, and audience reporting.
  • Support product and strategy teams in prioritizing activation-focused use cases for segmentation, personalization, and cross-channel engagement.
  • Define activation strategies across downstream channels such as paid media, email, SMS, web personalization, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Create and maintain solution documentation for CDP and orchestration platforms in partnership with other consultants.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for client CDP implementations, advising on capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
  • Manage incoming platform-related requests and coordinate with internal teams to prioritize and deliver CDP enhancements.
  • Work with project management to coordinate delivery timelines and support multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Provide hands-on guidance and enablement to client teams to help them operationalize CDP capabilities and maximize marketing technology value.
  • Promote information security awareness and help identify, assess, and report security risks related to information assets and data privacy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in an agency environment with strong consulting and client-facing skills.
  • 3+ years of experience working with CDPs, specifically Adobe RTCDP.
  • Hands-on experience configuring Adobe Real-Time CDP, including creating complex audiences.
  • Strong understanding of customer data platforms and modern data infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with Adobe applications is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Tags (formerly Launch) and AEP SDK implementation is a plus.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics is a plus.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools is a plus.
  • College degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Willingness to learn and support a variety of CDP and marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to evaluate data storage, processing, and transmission in line with privacy and protection standards such as GDPR and CCPA.
