Description

  • Design and continuously improve the end-to-end growth system from acquisition through pipeline and revenue.
  • Define budget allocation strategies, optimization goals, and performance constraints for campaign execution.
  • Lead structured experimentation across creative, targeting, offers, and landing pages to improve conversion and efficiency.
  • Evaluate performance using pipeline quality, CAC, and revenue impact rather than platform-level metrics alone.
  • Partner with RevOps and Marketing Operations to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with Sales to assess lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline performance and incorporate insights into marketing strategy.
  • Guide creative strategy by identifying high-performing concepts, refining messaging, and ensuring strong channel-message fit.
  • Monitor AI-driven outputs and adjust campaigns to improve performance, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Build reporting and executive narratives that connect marketing investment to business outcomes.
  • Identify new growth opportunities through emerging channels, technologies, and automation.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth roles within B2B SaaS or vertical SaaS.
  • Proven ownership of pipeline, CAC, and revenue-driving outcomes, not just channel metrics.
  • Experience managing and optimizing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets with a focus on efficiency and payback.
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to design and improve end-to-end acquisition funnels across channels and touchpoints.
  • Deep understanding of experimentation frameworks, incrementality testing, and attribution models.
  • Experience with modern martech stacks such as Salesforce, Marketo, and attribution tools, plus partnership with RevOps on data quality and measurement.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools, automation platforms, and prompt-based workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights, decisions, and investment strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product Marketing, and Leadership.
  • Strong creative judgment and understanding of message-market fit, including when using AI-generated creative.
  • Experience building or scaling AI-assisted marketing workflows or experimentation systems is preferred.
  • Background in SMB-focused or multi-location business models is preferred.
  • Experience with blended CAC modeling, marketing mix modeling, or advanced forecasting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HockeyStack, Looker, or similar analytics platforms is preferred.
  • Experience integrating paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing into a unified growth strategy is preferred.
