Description

  • Prospect and engage restaurants and higher education dining operators within an assigned territory.
  • Identify and prioritize high-traffic locations that match the ideal customer profile.
  • Connect with key decision-makers, including food service directors, directors of retail, owners, franchise operators, and multi-unit operators.
  • Conduct discovery calls, virtual demos, and in-person meetings to advance opportunities.
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline to consistently achieve quota.
  • Own the sales cycle from first touch through signed agreement.
  • Close new machine placements that meet financial and operational criteria.
  • Travel within the territory to conduct site visits, qualify opportunities, advance late-stage deals, and secure executive alignment.
  • Ensure sites meet qualification standards before contract execution and secure installation dates in partnership with internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle B2B net-new sales experience, preferably in hospitality or restaurant tech.
  • Proven track record of prospecting and closing net-new business.
  • Experience working in a hybrid inside/field sales motion.
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to manage a territory independently and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience using Salesforce to manage pipeline and forecast.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory about 25%.
  • Self-starter who can build pipeline without relying on inbound leads.
  • Comfortable with high outbound activity and disciplined follow-up.
  • Strong financial acumen, including understanding ROI, payback, and margin impact.
