Description

  • Lead system launches and establish PROCEPT therapies as preferred treatment options within the territory.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through procedural volume growth in existing and new accounts.
  • Develop territory and account plans, including forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR teams, KOLs, and hospital stakeholders.
  • Partner with Marketing and Clinical Specialists to onboard and train new physicians through the surgeon pathway.
  • Coordinate with Clinical Specialists, Capital, and Launch teams across pre- and post-installation phases.
  • Provide case coverage support as needed to support customer experience and procedural success.
  • Collaborate with surgeons and hospital teams to optimize patient pathways and expand patient access.
  • Drive change management and workflow standardization to overcome adoption barriers in practice and OR settings.
  • Gather customer insights and market trends to inform Marketing and R&D priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in OR-based medical device sales.
  • Proven success driving procedural adoption, account growth, and quota attainment.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to manage complex hospital selling environments.
  • Experience with practice integration and selling inside a practice or clinic setting.
  • Experience influencing surgeon behavior and working in complex OR-based selling environments.
  • Ability to travel within the territory and provide periodic case coverage support.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with clinical, capital, and launch teams is preferred.
