Description

  • Prepare and deliver accurate monthly and annual consolidated financial statements and supporting internal reporting in compliance with Polish GAAP.
  • Manage intercompany transactions, including reconciliations, confirmations and resolution of IC balances.
  • Support and coordinate audit and review processes with internal teams and external auditors.
  • Collaborate with accounting teams across the Group, external advisors and stakeholders to resolve accounting treatment issues and ensure consistent reporting.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of Group Accounting Policy to ensure timely, high-quality reporting.
  • Participate in strategic financial projects such as implementing new accounting standards and accounting for acquisitions.
  • Design, improve and implement accounting processes and internal controls within the accounting area.
  • Provide accounting advice to the Group on proper treatments and participate in cross-functional projects impacting financial reporting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ years as a consolidation specialist in an international group of companies.
  • Deep knowledge of Polish GAAP.
  • Degree in Finance/Accounting or Polish Accountants Association certificate (minimum 2nd degree).
  • Advanced Excel skills and a systematic, detail-oriented approach to resolving complex accounting issues.
  • Fluency in English (B2+) to liaise with staff and advisors across global offices.
  • Collaborative team-player mindset with flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing scale-up environment.
  • Familiarity with Business Central (Navision) or prior experience with ERP implementations (preferred).
  • Experience supporting audits and working with external auditors and advisors.
