Description

Prepare and deliver accurate monthly and annual consolidated financial statements and supporting internal reporting in compliance with Polish GAAP.
Manage intercompany transactions, including reconciliations, confirmations and resolution of IC balances.
Support and coordinate audit and review processes with internal teams and external auditors.
Collaborate with accounting teams across the Group, external advisors and stakeholders to resolve accounting treatment issues and ensure consistent reporting.
Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of Group Accounting Policy to ensure timely, high-quality reporting.
Participate in strategic financial projects such as implementing new accounting standards and accounting for acquisitions.
Design, improve and implement accounting processes and internal controls within the accounting area.
Provide accounting advice to the Group on proper treatments and participate in cross-functional projects impacting financial reporting.

Requirements

5+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ years as a consolidation specialist in an international group of companies.
Deep knowledge of Polish GAAP.
Degree in Finance/Accounting or Polish Accountants Association certificate (minimum 2nd degree).
Advanced Excel skills and a systematic, detail-oriented approach to resolving complex accounting issues.
Fluency in English (B2+) to liaise with staff and advisors across global offices.
Collaborative team-player mindset with flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing scale-up environment.
Familiarity with Business Central (Navision) or prior experience with ERP implementations (preferred).
Experience supporting audits and working with external auditors and advisors.
