Description

  • Lead and develop a team of Team Leaders and sales representatives through coaching, mentorship, training, and performance management.
  • Set clear expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to drive team performance.
  • Develop and implement sales plans aligned with company revenue goals, including target markets, quotas, and sales strategies.
  • Own the sales process from initial contact through deal closure.
  • Analyze the beauty industry, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Identify and develop new markets for Booksy’s products and services, including new geographies, customer segments, and monetization opportunities.
  • Track key sales metrics such as conversion rates, average deal size, and customer acquisition cost.
  • Prepare regular reports for management with insights, improvement areas, and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate on new ideas to expand the customer base and drive new revenue streams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, including recruitment, training, and mentoring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
  • Polish and English proficiency.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities are preferred.
  • Experience working with marketing teams to develop campaigns is preferred.
  • Experience identifying new markets and growth opportunities is preferred.
