Description

  • Actively contact potential customers by phone and through social media, working cold leads.
  • Manage the company Facebook account.
  • Present the Booksy app and encourage prospects to try it.
  • Search for new distribution channels.
  • Work daily with the sales team.
  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Contact existing Booksy customers to offer and upsell additional features and services.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or sales.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Ease in building relationships and starting conversations.
  • Proactive attitude with a natural drive to create new solutions.
  • Independence and decisiveness in taking action.
  • Willingness to learn and interest in modern technologies.
  • Communicative English skills are a plus.
