Description

  • Lead end-to-end B2B lead generation campaigns for local marketing with a focus on improving both lead quality and volume.
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid acquisition across channels such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads to drive valuable outcomes.
  • Run experiments and A/B tests across the funnel, maintain a growth experimentation backlog, and execute rapid test cycles (weekly or bi-weekly).
  • Analyze campaign and funnel performance, draw actionable conclusions from reports, and use insights to inform future strategy and execution.
  • Partner with ECRM and product teams to recommend and implement changes in email marketing, campaign flows, and product-related touchpoints that improve conversion and retention.
  • Optimize marketing within a two-sided marketplace by ensuring lead generation aligns with provider success metrics (e.g., bookings, retention).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional, international stakeholders across marketing, growth, ECRM, and product to connect campaign execution to broader business goals.

Requirements

  • Around 3+ years of relevant experience in digital or performance marketing.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end performance marketing campaigns with responsibility for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling acquisition efforts.
  • Very good working knowledge of Meta Ads, plus solid familiarity with Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Hands-on experience creating, optimizing, and scaling lead-generation campaigns with a focus on lead quality.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience conducting A/B tests and other structured experiments across the funnel.
  • Experience using reporting and analytics tools, including familiarity with Looker Studio; exposure to Power BI is useful.
  • Practical understanding of email marketing (ECRM) and ability to contribute optimization ideas.
  • Strong English communication skills and experience working with cross-functional international teams in fast-moving environments.
  • Experience in marketplace, SaaS, or app growth and a data-driven approach are strong pluses.
  • Proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to own broad priorities and adapt to evolving needs.
