Description

  • Design and run multi-channel campaigns that combine content/creative with distribution from brief through launch to optimization.
  • Execute campaign implementation details including uploading ads, scheduling emails, updating landing pages, and tracking performance.
  • Build, maintain, and deploy AI-powered tools, workflows, and automations to scale output and save time.
  • Train teammates on AI tools and workflows while maintaining a high quality bar and rapid execution.
  • Support a LinkedIn flywheel by boosting organic posts with Thought Leader ads, capturing and qualifying engagers, and running follow-up campaigns.
  • Implement and maintain marketing automation, dashboards, and performance reports.
  • Manage webinar and event logistics and create or support sales enablement materials.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts with product and sales, translate audience insights into campaigns, and support product launches using GACCS briefs.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of B2B marketing experience (startup or agency preferred).
  • Hands-on experience running campaigns across multiple channels (paid, email, outbound, ABM, analytics).
  • Comfortable with ad platforms (LinkedIn, Google), email tools, and CMS.
  • Daily power-user of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar (AI fluency is non-negotiable).
  • Experience building basic automations with Zapier, Make, or similar tools.
  • Strong project management skills; fast learner and scrappy executor who can work across tools without hand-holding.
  • Proven ability to run campaigns end-to-end and proactively partner across functions.
  • Able to adapt quickly when channels or tactics change while maintaining high quality execution.
  • Nice-to-have: agency background; experience with Clay, Apollo, or GTM automation tools; basic design (Figma, Canva) and landing-page (Webflow, Framer) skills; SEO or content marketing background; prior startup experience.
