Description

  • Own field marketing end-to-end across conferences, dinners, activations, local events, and digital events.
  • Plan and execute Bolt-hosted local events such as happy hours, product camps, and roundtables in the SF office and key markets.
  • Build and run digital event programming, including webinars, live builds, virtual roundtables, and partner co-marketing events.
  • Manage third-party event partnerships, including logistics, contracts, creative, staffing, and budget.
  • Own co-marketing event activations with strategic partners.
  • Manage the event-to-pipeline motion, including pre-event targeting, on-site lead capture, post-event follow-up, and attribution reporting.
  • Collaborate with Sales to build invite lists for high-value accounts and personas.
  • Coordinate with Community and Product Marketing to align event programming with hackathons, livestreams, and launches.
  • Own the event budget and report on ROI metrics such as attendees, meetings booked, pipeline influenced, and deals sourced.
  • Build repeatable event playbooks so programs can scale efficiently.
  • Source and evaluate vendors for venues, production, swag, and out-of-home advertising.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation with a strong events component.
  • Proven track record planning and executing conferences, executive dinners, and experiential activations.
  • Experience building and running events directly, not only managing vendors.
  • Experience with digital event formats such as webinars, virtual roundtables, or livestreams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple events at different stages simultaneously.
  • Comfort owning a six-figure event budget and reporting on ROI.
  • Experience building post-event follow-up workflows and measuring pipeline attribution.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills for frequent collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Experience at a PLG or developer tools company is preferred.
  • Experience building a local event series from scratch is preferred.
  • Experience with both B2C community events and B2B executive-format events is preferred.
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Apollo is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML, no-code/low-code, or developer tools is preferred.
  • Experience sourcing and managing OOH or billboard campaigns is preferred.
  • Experience managing event partnerships worth $200K+ is preferred.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco is preferred.
  • No college degree is required.
  • Remote-friendly; U.S. location is not required.
  • You do not need to meet every qualification listed.
