Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale technical platform from planning through execution and launch.
  • Translate business and operational requirements into project plans, timelines, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Work with engineering teams to manage technical scope, architecture discussions, risks, and dependencies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders and maintain clear alignment.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively in complex technical environments.
  • Facilitate project ceremonies, status reporting, and executive updates.
  • Ensure strong documentation quality, delivery standards, and operational readiness.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, and client-side operational teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing complex technical or platform-based projects.
  • Strong technical understanding and the ability to communicate effectively with engineers and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing enterprise-level systems, platforms, or infrastructure-heavy solutions.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern engineering practices.
  • Knowledge of system architecture, APIs, integrations, and cloud-based environments.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure concepts, scalability considerations, and security best practices.
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams, including backend, frontend, DevOps, and QA.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work closely with client stakeholders and participate in periodic on-site collaboration when required.
