Description

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key financial ecosystem partners as the main point of contact for technical and operational support.
  • Collaborate with partners to define, implement, and launch technical integrations and new capabilities.
  • Establish SLAs and performance standards, then track partner health using metrics and data analysis.
  • Lead regular technical reviews to improve partner performance and satisfaction.
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Partner Development to improve partner-facing processes and solutions.
  • Coordinate incident resolution and manage partner communications during issues.
  • Identify inefficiencies in the operating model and propose technical and operational improvements.
  • Provide ongoing training, documentation, and support to help partners use Stripe’s products effectively.
  • Collect partner feedback and translate it into internal process and product improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, technical project management, or business operations, especially with external partnerships.
  • Proven ability to drive medium to large technical projects with external partners and cross-functional internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to improve decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed and provide occasional off-hours or rotational incident coverage.
  • Experience in banking, e-commerce, or payments, with knowledge of payment technologies and ecosystems preferred.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL and XML preferred.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or cloud-based technology environment preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment preferred.
