Description

Lead planning and execution of GenAI data projects from scope definition through delivery.
Own project timelines, quality, budget, and stakeholder alignment across internal and external teams.
Manage end-to-end delivery of complex projects or defined components of larger programs.
Maintain client relationships and ensure clear expectations across contributors and stakeholders.
Deliver projects on time and to defined quality benchmarks through disciplined operational management.
Drive forecasting, risk identification, and mitigation to protect delivery commitments.
Identify bottlenecks and improve productivity and quality using data-driven operational decisions.
Provide structured communication and regular daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to stakeholders.
Establish project closure practices, capture lessons learned, and improve operating processes.
Develop repeatable workflows and scalable delivery models to accelerate execution while maintaining quality.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in project management, technical operations, or AI/ML data programs, ideally in high-volume data operations.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high delivery and quality standards.
Familiarity with large language models or generative AI, with experience in data annotation or AI training data projects strongly preferred.
Strong planning, organization, and stakeholder communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated risk management and forecasting discipline in project environments.
Strong data orientation with the ability to interpret dashboards, identify bottlenecks, and make metric-based operational decisions.
Working knowledge of tools such as Excel or SQL, with basic coding or data skills preferred.
Project management qualification, ideally PMP, or certification from Udemy, Coursera, or Google.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Economics, Business, Computer Science, Linguistics, Engineering, or Data Science (nice to have).
Advanced degree is a plus.
